Delivery
- Subject to availability we endeavour to get goods delivered to you as quickly as possible, In fact many of our Business machines, Chairs and Express Office Products are delivered within 24 - 48 hours.
- Some Furniture items, made to order, large, Heavy or hand finished products can take up to 10-15 days. Please see product description for any different delivery schedules.
- Products are despatched directly from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturers, therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.
- All products are priced for Mainland UK only and exclude a delivery charge of £6.79 ex VAT which is applied at the order process stage. This delivery charge applies to the order and not the number of products, i.e. if your order contains multiple products you will only be charged £6.79 + vat delivery. Please note that certain parts of Scotland and Highlands and Islands may incur an excess delivery charge, please contact us for details. - For health and safety reasons all orders are charged to ground floor. Please Note Next Day Office Furniture Items will be delivered to doorstep onlyIf you have any special requirements we are pleased to quote you
- For all Non-Mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and The Western Isles and Eire etc, we can quote you a price and availability. Please note any orders placed outwith the United Kingdom and Eire will not be shipped. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery and are delivered to ground floor level only.
- Whilst most of our ranges are delivered assembled some items may be supplied flat packed for safe delivery and easy access, these are easy to assemble and keep costs very low. If you wish to enquire about our assembly / installation service please contact us on 01355 236117.
