We launched our Online store in 2003 and 10 years later we are still going strong and despite the recent worldwide downturn our business has grown steadily year on year. In fact in the past 12 months we have seen a dramatic rise in orders and returning customers so we must be doing something right.

The Web Is a Scary Place to Purchase from !

Purchasing goods from any webstore can be quite a daunting process. We at Direct Office Supply do our best to allay any worries customer may have, we are at the end of the telephone if you would like to discuss any product and also our Livechat Feature is a quick way to get more information on any item on our site, "Just Click on the Live Chat button next to the product you are looking at and one of our operators will do their best to assist you " Our site is security protected to ensure that any information given during the shopping process is safe, in fact we do not get to see any of your credit or debit card details. These are all processed securely via your card provider, or if you use Paypal or Google Wallet this will also be the case. Remember you are always protected by your credit / debit card company.

You Supply so many different Office Furniture products surely you cannot have them all in Stock !

Nearly all Online Office Furniture retailers will claim they have well over 15 million pounds worth of stock "available" and what they really mean is they have "access" to that amount of stock from all of their suppliers. It is practically impossible to hold the amount of office products that are available and every day new ranges are added. We have in fact calculated that to hold that amount of stock in 1 building, it would have to be over 1 Million Square Feet and as of today we cannot find any of our competitors with a warehouse any where near that size at all. We at Direct Office work closely with all of the top suppliers, they give us access to their warehouses, showrooms and online stock checking systems and by doing this we are able to offer a wider choice, utilise the manufacturer's knowledge and best of all Save Our Customers Money.

Do you Supply to Home users or do you only supply to Business ?

We supply customers throughout the UK from Large Businesses, Government, Health board and Schools to Home offices and individuals. When we launched our Webstore we were surprised how many of our customers worked from home and how many of our products were ideal for the home office, study or computer room and in fact Home Users are an important part of any online business.

Do you Offer Free Delivery ?

Yes we do Offer Free UK Mainland delivery on our products, (see our delivery page for more info ), many of our ranges are supplied assembled, some are flatpack. Delivery is direct from the factory to your door and again this cuts costs to you the customer. So if in doubt please contact us by Phone, E-mail or Livechat.

Can you Install my Office Furniture for me ?

Many of our suppliers have dedicated installation teams who will do this on our behalf , we believe it is important that the people who supply the product Install it and not just some stranger with a screwdriver. You can be assured that at all times you the customer gets the best service from start to finish. Again please refer to our Online store as there are quite a few ranges that come with Free Delivery and Assembly and we are always happy to advise you of costs on any others

Where are you Based ?

Our Offices are in East Kilbride just outside of Glasgow in Central Scotland and we have been in this area since the company was formed. Last year we moved into larger premises on a business park on the outskirts of town, this allowed us the space to expand our Customer Services department ( an important aspect for all Online companies ). On our doorstep we now have a Nature reserve, 2 golf courses and miles of open countryside but this idylic setting does have it's pitfalls Scotland can be cold and wet so venturing outside can be precarious

What is different about The Direct Office Supply Company

We work very hard to save our customers money, we believe the Internet is where shoppers should be able to get the product they want at the best price but we do not feel they should not receive the best service possible. All of our staff shop online and want a great deal and why should it be any different for our customers. If we cannot get you the deal you want we will try our best to find something for you.
