Due to supply chain issues and delays being experienced by couriers, we are temporarily extending our delivery schedules.

Express delivery will see your order delivered within 1-3 working days. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. 

Standard delivery will see your order delivered in 5-7 working days.

Made to order items will state delivery schedules clearly on the product page, as this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. With made to order items, please consider requesting colour samples as these products are non-refundable.

Deliveries can take place any time up to 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a precise delivery window on all orders. Where available, we will contact you with tracking details to keep you up to date with the status of your delivery.

Delivery FAQs:


How are orders shipped?

Deliveries are sent from regional distribution centres or from our suppliers directly. This means that if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may not all arrive at the same time.

Are all deliveries free of charge?

All standard mainland deliveries are free of charge. However, certain areas within the UK may incur delivery charges including postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you’re concerned about delivery charges, please get in touch for advice before ordering. Cornwall TR postcodes, LD postcodes and SA30+ postcodes may incur additional carrier charges on our Silverline ranges.

Can my order be brought indoors?

For health and safety reasons, all orders are delivered to ground floor only. If you have any special requirements or you’re interested in a delivery and position service, please contact us for a quote.

On certain heavy items like safes, we give the option when ordering to choose between doorstep/kerbside delivery, indoors ground floor or upstairs via lift, or upstairs via stairs service.

Is the furniture assembled?

All our furniture is delivered flat packed for quick and efficient delivery, unless otherwise stated. Please check the product description of the item you wish to order. If supplied assembled, this will be stated in the description. If you wish to enquire about our assembly/installation service, please get in touch via the Contact Us form.

My delivery is late

Due to supply chain issues and delays with couriers, deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual. The COVID-19 pandemic, Brexit and several other factors have had a knock-on effect on delays.

Please refer to our delivery timetable above for guidance. If necessary, complete the Contact Us form and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.

I’m not going to be present for my delivery

If our distribution centre arranges an elected day for the delivery of your items and you are unable to be available, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to accept pre-arranged deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge as per our Terms and Conditions.

My delivery is damaged

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts damages can happen when working with couriers. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your items. Please check the product for damages or missing parts before beginning assembly. No claims for damage will be accepted once you have started assembling the item. Assembling the item is considered acceptance of the condition of the product and returns will no longer be accepted. Please see the returns page for full information

I’ve received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item in your order, please leave it in its packaging and contact us. If you have already opened the item, please retain the packaging for returns purposes. Do not assemble any items you have received incorrectly. Assembling the item is considered acceptance of the condition of the product and returns will no longer be accepted. I no longer require the item

We endeavour to add as much information as possible to our product descriptions to help you make an informed decision when purchasing. However, if you wish to return any product that is no longer required/unsuitable you can do so within 14 days of delivery. You will have to arrange the return of the item yourself via a reputable courier, or we can arrange uplift at a fee deducable from credit due. Please see the returns page for full information.
